Basel Immersion is a 3-day, on-site experience that puts you inside Europe’s leading pharma and biotech ecosystem, with direct exposure to how research, development, and commercial reality connect.

27–29 May 2026 | Basel, Switzerland

Why we are
doing this

Most people “learn” life sciences through their own role.

That creates blind spots.

This program gives you cross-company exposure.

You see the value chain, the trade-offs, the pace, and the people behind it.

You leave with a clearer mental model of how pharma, biotech, and health tech work together in the real world.

What you’ll experience

Real access. Not theory.

  • Basel Area Campus visits and ecosystem mapping

  • Sessions with biotech and health tech players on real-world challenges

  • Novartis Campus: R&D and business perspectives from senior leaders

  • Roche Campus: research/innovation plus strategy and long-term value creation

  • Dinner with Portuguese professionals based in Switzerland, to build relationships that last beyond the 3 days

  • A “real life in Basel” day, including practical guidance on living in Switzerland

Early-bird ‍€2200

A question before you apply:

Are you trying to grow inside your role
or grow beyond it?

If you want the second, this is built for you.
